'No snow'
Warnings of there maybe being 'no snow' in winter adorned my first 6 months in Finland.
But ... when you say 'no snow' ... does it mean an-absolute-absence-of-snow, or does it mean not-a-useful-amount-of-snow?
There is snow on the ground.

‘This is not snow’.
There is snow in Lapland.

It snows in winter.

‘There might be no snow’.
It is snowing.

There is a sauna in my apartment.

'No, it's not snow.'
